As we already know, Kejriwal will post anything and everything on Twitter, without checking the facts first. This just shows that he has no credibility and will leave no stones unturned for the sake of grabbing attention.
Many a times, he has posted photo shopped pictures and made allegations against BJP government. Just a few days back, he posted an image that went viral all over the internet. This picture showed a BJP MLA in possession of Rs. 20,000 crores in the all new currency notes in his car.
In addition to this, he also made a video on how people should take this incident as an example.

It seems like it was the work of the Information Technology Team of the AAP government, which has posted many other false videos and pictures in the past.
